Wonderful wooden runes for beginners (on a budget) who want to call on the european roots & to open the door to a wonderful pagan world, where the druid is at element. The set contains simple soft wooden runes with rounded edges and mini booklet/key...

The runes are a divining tool for guidance, for past, present & or future insight - not unlike a three card tarot reading. A way to tap into your own subconscious mind, which with practice will become an art & extension for the mind. Once used by the viking, germanic & anglo saxons, based on the druid (witches) language. Wonderful aspects of exploring the runes include; the revision & learning or remembering of the al father 'odin', viking tales, poems/edda's, our ancient deities & the old ways. The eddas are classics that all europeans we should know, retell & pass on - not the abrahamic dogma religions which are alien to us & our ancient tribal ways..

It is said that the tarot hanged man is actually the al father odin hanging upside down off the yggdrasil (world tree) first spotting the runes, & to me the actual tree of life. Runes make a wonderful addition to the craft & like crystals they can magnify, polarize a space and or spell/ritual. Throughout the year i will actually have contact by the the old germanic or celtic gods & i then use the runes to communicate/exchange back beyond acknowledgement.. there is a vlog of the these wooden runes at the end of this post. when to use runes?

when you start the day
when you are considering career change/s
when facing partnership issues
when the best friend is not around (runes act as a solid friend)
when a good second opinion is required
when a group seeks clarity
when a new year begins
at the beginning of a new job, new year & or relationship
on a birthday
when stuck in any area
to review & or evaluate a day & or conduct
& my favorite is to talk to the deities especially the al father, when im not in my dreamstate

how to use?

basically focus on a concern
take a rune from the bag (like lucky dip)
then interpret the rune
other more complex reads can be done & the alphabet transferred to the other areas of a pagan life or the craft, such as talismans, journals, book of shadows & so forth
